Competent doctor who has a unique and refreshing view on thing. Their old office was beautiful and had windows in each room, making the experience calming. Only thing is their new MA was unprofessional and their billing department wasn't cooperative about sending files like larger medical establishments can be.

Excellent experience Dr took time to answer questions to do evaluation’s I felt like he really cared and made me confident in his care. The Dr is very knowledgeable and explained things well. The staff is awesome and Constance has to be an Angel. She really helped when I thought there was nothing else but to live with my condition the way it is.Praise God for people like her.

Every staff I interacted with, from the doctor to the receptionist was rude. I decided to cancel my appointment because the doctor who did my consultation behaved as if I was overreacting, that my concerns were not valid, and that it was probable we wouldn't find a cause for my symptoms. I had to leave a voicemail bc no one answered the phone. I asked for someone to return my call to let me know it had been cancelled. I received no return call. I called again a week later, left another voicemail, and was berated by the receptionist who called me back letting me know that they are too busy to call patients back when they cancel the appointment. She proceeded to hang up on me after I pushed back letting her know that I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged for not showing up to the appointment.

It so hard to find a doctor who actually listens to you and cares. Dr. Machemehl REALLY listened to me and truly cares for her patients. I’d been suffering from certain symptoms for years but it’s gotten almost debilitating in the last year. I just thought it was from my POTS. But when I told her this, she decided to order some additional tests for some possible other disorders that may have been overlooked. She took the time to explain what type of tests they were, what she was testing for and everything. She was caring and sympathetic. I am eager to see the results from the tests. I am very greatful for Dr. Machemehl for truly listening to me and having such compassion and dedication to your patients. You’re one in a million 🩷

Check in was a simple warm welcome with a smile. The staff is very attentive and caring. Dr. Hussain is very experienced and knowledgeable with my case. He was able to offer some insight and options that have not been explored in the past. This is life changing for us. We have seen nearly seven neurologist and five specialist over 20 years and have not been offered options that Dr. Hussain did. My wife and knew he was unique when he ignored the medical history's that did not fit and was very quickly able to get down to business. Thank you ANMC and a very special thank you to Dr. Hussain.

The staff was nice. However I felt that my issue and concerns were listened to but never really heard. Was the result of my test because of the test? Or what was said? We never had the truelly deep follow up conversation after the exam. What were the findings? Where do I go from there? Are you saying it's in my head? I would like a second opinion if I could.

The team ANC were very pleasant and accommodating. The front office was helpful. Casey was very professional but also kind and compassionate . I have more interactions planned with the team and while I hate the reason I’m there, I do look forward to working with them.
